I like to hang my husbands work shorts out on the line to dry. Its a nice material and with the nice breeze I dont have to iron them they come out nice. So I washed and hung them out to dry today. I just went out to bring them in. A bird pooped on them. Yes. Now I have re wash them. I cant believe it that has never happened before. Why cant they watch where they are pooping?

Is this any different than having to wash out his hash marks
to begin with? HAHAHAHA!! Sorry I couldn't resist that one.
Maybe the bird knew EXACTLY what it was doing? Hee hee!
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yup. I have birds that don't poop on my driveway
unless I park there and not in the garage. I never
see poop on the drive till I park there. Grrrr

Huh? I have been waiting for that to happen here as well. We have some extremely rude bird neighbours. This is something I think they might do. Did you know what bird did it? One would think they could be a bit more considerate. I bet there will be no bird feeders at your place anytime soon

That cheeses me off when they get the bedding. It's like, why couldn't they have just hit the wash cloth? That would have been so much easier to re qwash for god's sake!

lol...I know how you feel. My problem however is in my driveway I have a tree overhanging. In the tree is a birds nest. In the nest, all these birds like to poop all over my car. It is amazing how much they can do in the span of a few short hours!
cheers,

LOL I needed the chuckle, sorry it meant extra work for you. Haven't you ever noticed that as soon as you wash your car it rains and as soon as you clean your car windows they get bird poop too? Murphy's Law landed at your house today. I don't mind sharing, in fact I could use the break :)

Those dang birds! Now that I am telling you that I have been fortunate that the birds stay away from my clothesline, they will probably hold a fly by poop fest!

LOL Terry, he or she was watching where she pooped. LOL They hit exactly where they aimed for. LOL Dont you just hate that. I have had that happen before. At least you know they will be clean for sure after the second washing. LOL

Terry,
I do sympathize with you. I just wanted to let you know, that I really enjoyed the laugh. Now, I have to dry off my monitor, 'cuz I spit my water out laughing so hard.

That's one of the reasons why I don't hang our clothes outside to dry. I'm always afraid that a bird will poop on them. I have some things that I don't put in the dryer, but I hang those on a rack in a spare bedroom to dry.

Well I don't hang any clothes out to dry, but if I did I could really understand your frustrations. Hopefully that little bird doesn't poop on it again. I think that would really drive me crazy. Best of luck!

I know how you feel, and hanging laundry out to dry is one of my favorite things to do. It is just horrible when I have to redo those things because the birds have a fly-by pooping problem! It is rather fun when you are reading it on here, but it is not funny when it happens to you! I am sorry, better luck on the second round!
