US President George W Bush has said a plan for Kosovo's UN-backed independence should take effect now, despite Russian and Serbian opposition. more info: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6737367.stm What you think on this??? realy i hate bush and i believe that bush have bad intention in this plane.
