worms in my dream

the other night i had this dream, I was in a bathroom which looks familiar to me, but it was quiet so uncluttered with some spaces i find underwater. i tried to find 2 pieces of flat stones to use them as stepping stones so i could take a bath without having my feet touching the oldwater underneath.while i was inside the bath, 2 men went inside, and i was so mad, why they have to enter inside the bathroom when someone is still inside but they dont listen to me, the younger one continued to do his task cleaning the room, while the other approach me and told me that he would just watch me taking a bath. I insisted that he has no right to be there watching me, and that he has to leave me alone and let me finish taking a bath. Then, suddenly, i just find myself being swarmed with small white worms starting from my foot upwards and i was screaming wildly, and this man then tried to help me remove the worms from my body. then i woke up. please help me interpret this dream. thanks.
