outside.because inside i canot open it.i am scared that maybe i will destroy it.

Inside i use a spray can of air, you cna buy these anywhere, all you have to take care of is not touching the card inside 9RAM, CPU, Video Card, Modem, Sound Card. Outside just grab a dry paper towel and wipe it down.

Those aerosol-ish duster cans is really all you can use... you don't want to get your hardware wet and other than maybe some windex on your computer screen, I think that's all there is.
