Do you use bolster when sleeping?

It made me starting this topic...do you sleep with bolster? For those who don't know what bolster is, a bolster is a long pillow that can be hugged when you're sleeping. It usually found in majority of Asian countries. I think it is a great addition to normal pillow we sleep on, and guaranteed to make more comfortable sleeping for some of us. Here's the picture of what a bolster looks like.
