During past if any body did some thing wrong, the illiteracy was blamed to be the root cause. The educated persons were definitely well versed in moral values and made a definite good impact.the literate had good values of life and they were assets for the state. Now a days all crimes are executed by the educated class. Corruption is such a big crime and top most are involved in it. Women are less respected by educated men , even they try to harm them. These people sell their countries secrets.

Well to start, I think the illiteracy being the root cause for blame may have been a little misplaced anyway. Back in the day, it was not necessarily the fact criminals were less educated, it's just that only the richer population even had education available, and they just simply did not have to desire or need to do crimes like the poor class.
Then, you can never really say ALL of anything are done by any one type of people, yes some of the educated class participates in a good deal of white collar crime, but there will always be corruption in all facets of life.
