Domian Lagoon - Is it really that good for free domains?

Everyone i know talks of domain lagoon as a place to get a free domain for your website. But is it really that good? The only way you can join is if you use a proxy and even then when completing the offers they have most are declined. I signed up with them 2 months ago and have so far made 2 points (4 are nedded for a .info domain and 9 are needed for other types of domain). So is it really that good? Voice your opinions...
