Is yahoo also starting an affiliate program like google adsense?

They already have one: http://publisher.yahoo.com/ It's still in beta (and have been since they started about 2 years ago) and are only open to US citizens.

maybe if we together ask Yahoo to open for international users, they probably will hear us. Just my 2cent.
