I'm looking for a template so that I can create a statement of work for a case below I'm doing in my class. Steve is moving from Baltimore to San Diego. In addition to himself, also making the move are his wife, Amy; their sons, Dylan and Jesse; and their dog, Rosie. If just moving 3,000 miles isn't enough, Steve starts his new job there in two weeks. They have already located a home in San Diego, but they need to put the boys in their new school, and Amy should find a job because they really need her income. Like everyone, they have the normal amount of household furnishings, plus two cars. If all this wasn't enough, they face some obstacles: Rosie is an English mastiff that weighs about 150 pounds, almost the size of a pony. She gets carsick. They aren't certain that their new house will be vacant when they get there. They may not be able to move in immediately. Steve has been given two first-class plane tickets and an $8,000 moving budget. Part 1. You should consider all of this information as you develop a Statement of Work. Make sure that you incorporate at least the following: 1. Identify all of the tasks, events, and activities that must be accomplished for this move to be successful. 2. Determine a) who is to perform each of these tasks, events, and activities; b) how long each will take; c) when each must be complete; d) in what order they must be completed; and e) a rough estimate of the cost (where cost is involved). 3. List any problems that might delay or prevent the timely completion of any of these tasks. Identify Steve and Amy's alternatives (and an estimate of the cost) for dealing with each of these problems.
