Yeah, she cheated on me with two other guys; I saw her cheating, but SHE doesn't know that i saw her! What do i do now?

I would call her up and tell her the relationship is over. If she asks why, tell her. Don't be stupid and stay in a relationship with her, she will just do it again.

You SAW her with two guys? At the same time? I would definitely confront her about it and most likely wash my hands of it. That doesn't say much for her thoughts of your relationship, two other guys???
