Ever since I was a little kid, I realized that no matter how good a meal to me, there is nothing more important than a good night sleep. I rather skip a good meal, but I can't stand without a good night sleep. I wonder what's more important to you if you ever need to choice one. Please share your opinion on this. Thanks!

I'm not sure about that one, because while sleep is great, I would not be able to have any good rest at all if I went to bed hungry

In fact, sometimes I'm in this situation; if I go to bed late and feel hungry, sometimes I just have to get up and drink a cup of milk or have some munching before I go to bed; else, I it's hard for me to fall a sleep. On the other hand, recently I'm just way too tired most of the time; hence, I rather go to bed straight without dinner.

In the past I may have said the sleep but since I haven't had a solid night sleep in 3 years; I would gladly give up a good meal for some sleep.

I seem to get by okay on very little sleep at times although other times I need a full eight hours to recharge. As for food if I don't eat I start feeling weak and lethargic. So I would say a good meal is important, but I do have to sleep also.

I wish I have the choice to have both all the time. I guess when the time you have to make the choice, your body will tell you what to do is the best for you. Thanks!

Well since I have a two month old baby girl I would rather have a good night sleep where I don't have to wake up to tend to a baby and just sleep the night away

Interesting question! I think I am with you, I would much rather get a good night sleep than a meal. I don't get that cranky if I am hungry, but if I lose a couple of hours of sleep, watch out!

Thanks! That's the word I'm looking for....CRANKY. Yes, image little baby gets cranky once they feel tired and want to go to sleep. I guess I'm more in that mode recently....always feel didn't get enough sleep and feel cranky all the time.
