For those people who knew The Beatles, I wanted to know the simple meaning of the lyrics from the song of John Lennon. "Across the Universe"/ I love this song so much but I could not grasped the whole meaning of it. Does anybody knows what does the lyrics mean? I Just love the way John sing it.

Actually I'm not a much of a Beatles fan, but I do like some of their songs. I searched for the lyrics of the song and couldn't grasp it either, but it's beautifully written like a poem. Don't know if I've heard it before, but the lyrics are familiar.
