Brat Camp what do you think?

Do you think sending your unruley kids to a brat camp works or is it harmful?

brat camp shows have been on T.V. alot here in the UK, and they were quite successfull rating wise. we don't have our own brat camps, but kids from here were sent to america to be placed in them.
from what i saw when i watched them, they worked for the majority, i feel that the reason for this is that the kids were shown disceplin, unlike what their parents did for them.
they showed programs after the brat camps had ended (like 6 months later and a year later) and many of the kids went on to do good things and packed in their wild ways.
i think that if it is your last option to help your children stay on the straight and narrow road to success, then yes brat camps are a good thing and they can help.

I have also seen the show on tv. However I have to wonder how much editing they had to do before it goes to tv. I have a tenager who I am thinking bratcamp may be the answer.

i think it works in most cases but do also think they can b harmful to the certain few but it keeps the kids in track the few programmes i watched on this it did actually help most of the families involved
