i cant acess the lcd menu to calibrate the dgcam

i have dgcam benq dc e-41. from the time it was calibrated, the menu on the lcd or the souch touch panel cannot be access anymore, how can i bring back the dgcam to its previous state? where i can easily access the soft touch panel of the cam?

thanks for trying to help. it has been solve mut i have new problem. its still about my dgcam after i had it calibrate, the flash of the cam doesnt work anymore. so if i try to take a picture its a bit dark. how can i resume to normal the same when the time i bought it? thanks... Ü
