mylot help in changing preferences

I'm a bit of a newbie here on mylot, and I need some help on how to change my preferences so as to view posts that have "mature content". There were several interesting discussions and posts that I wanted to read, but I couldn't because of my preferences. I also tried looking for the answer in the FAQ's, couldn't find help there. And when I hit on "change preferences" there are no options for me to change the maturity level. Can someone out there help me? Thanks in advance!
