it is pretty cool. you can submit your blog and then people pay you to review their blogs or sites.
you can make some money doing this. my blog http://momworksathome.blogspot.com was accepted by them and i can get paid 60.00 for doing reviews.

I tried and they told me NO, to come back in a couple of months. I would have been good but now I have to wait and then see what goes one by then. Good luck to anyone else. They will register you but not necessary accept your blog. My friend tells me to be patient, I was a bit offended truthfully. Well we will see.

yes they said the same to me but i added the referral link to my blog anyway incase i get any referrals
