do think its right for parents to give there children alchol under there supervision to stop them fromn goin out to do it i think personally that its not a good idea has the parents are kind of encouraging it it shudnt be given to children full stop until the age of 18 when they can decided there selfs if they want to and i think any child caught on the roads drinkin should be the parents responsibilty and they should be fined if there children are drunk and causin a nusiance outside

I do support of not giving a drink to a child by a parent since parent should avoid of such activities and should have knowledge of such responsibilites. I strongly belive that they are also not so aware of such things to give. If they aware of such things they should be punished sevearly.
