It seams that domain real estate boom is round the corner as many people are cashing in ans will cash in this boom, millions of websites has been registered and many are sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars by the domainers.

I thought this was always the case? At least I've heard for several years about people getting a lot of money by reselling popular domain names.
