Are you having trouble falling asleep at night?.Sometime i do,for about 1 hour i can't sleep.Although i've tried to close my eyes and still can't sleep.I read one of the article in the magazine,a new Australian study has found adding chilli to your diet will make you drift off to sleep quicker and leap out of bed with more energy.I've never try this before but i think i'm gonna try it to see is it true or not?.So,are you ever try this method before? what would you do if you can't sleep? are you gonna try this method to see whether is it true?

I also have hard time going to sleep at night japboy. I usually watch tv, film / movie on cd/dvd, log on to net or just sing along with my magic sing until my eyes are ready to close and sleep. I suggest you try that formula of adding chili to your diet and find out if its true that you can drift off to sleep quicker. Let me know if it works out with you. I dont know if I'll try that out for myself coz I am not fond of chili or spicy food.

last night i've tried eating instant noodle with spicy flavor and i can say that it work and i can't believe it.Actually i'm not sure that it really work or not.I think it probably because i don't sleep in the afternoon.Usually when i sleep in the afternoon,i can't sleep well in the night.I'll try again later.

I can easily put myself to sleep. i have no problems sleeping at all. and most of my cousins envy me. i can sleep anytime, anywhere. hehhe.
however, there are those rare days when i can't sleep. what i do, i just log on to myLot. read discussions, respond to some until i feel really sleepy. it's one good way for me to go to bed quickly.
and no. i won't try it. i hate chilly foods. hehe. but my brother tries it and it works for him... anne

I have never heard that theory before! Did they mention what was in the chili to help you sleep at night? I used to have that problem a lot, but then I got marrieid and had a kid...that seems to be the thing that helps me fall asleep quicker at night. (I'm exhausted by the end of the day!) I find that working out in the mornings helps too. Just make sure you use up all your energy throughout the day.

i think any chilli will do and it also said that adding 30 grams chopped uncooked chilli in your daily diet.I agree with you that we can sleep well when we used all of our energy in the morning through evening.
