Agree or Disagree: "Change is the only permanent thing in this world.."

The adage actually goes as this : "Nothing in this world is permanent except change." I totally agree with it. What can you keep as yours forever? Someday you will die and lose everything that you possess. In other words all your possessions will change hands. Situations change, weather changes, lifestyle changes, everything changes...so nothing is permanent except change...

The Quote is so true even though the quote has been reworded from the original it is so true.Everything in this world changes and nothing is constant. i do agree to your statement

yes, it is true that everything in this world is continuously changing. even those things which we think to have a degree of permanence in them changes too with each tick of time that passes. the components of soil changes continuously, the components of our house is changing continuously, our attitudes in life in undergoing constant changes for better or worse depending on the kind of influence that we receive and gather from time to time. we might think that the rock is permanent. then science proved us wrong there, too. it is either the rock is still building up more strength or it is already undergoing weathering. so there is permanently an occurrence of change in evrything.

yes, change is the only permanent in the world. All around us is temporary. we don't have that will be with us for a long period of time. what we called life. We just borrow our life to God. And God will take it away if it is our time.

I can't think of anything which is permanent in this world other than "change". Everything we see in this world change in time. Plants, animals, people, technology, land, earth everything will gone or deformed someday. So i think i 10% agree that "change" is the only permanent in this world.

Yup, rather philosophical but true. Nothing stays the same except change...in other words everything changes. However there are a few things which do not...but I guess it's difficult to explain it here. Anyway, in this world of ours, everything changes. Our character, our looks -- we change with age, the environment, even education, justice system, beliefs, tastes, preferences...nothing is permanent. So this saying is true as far as our existence is concerned, our world, our being...

Yes you are right! Nothing is Constant except Change. Change is Continuous, and Unremitting. Everything we can see, touch, and imagine, is ceaselessly changing. Given these parameters it is impossible to keep a Promise! A Promise contends that all things related, remain fixed in Perpetuity. When in actuality this is an Utter Impossibility.

Thats a very very true statement that nobody can deny. Change is the only thing that never changes in the world. Thats always obvious to anyone. Even todays human race is just the result of the change that happened in the world many thousands of years ago. Who knows, even the human race will change further to a better race known as something else, who will read then that a group called HUMAN BEINGS lived a thousand years ago.. ;)
