How to get that stat before one`s name?

Hello ,every one ,my mylot friends.I am a new one of mylot ,and i found that some of the members have a star before their names ,it says that stand for their reputation.How can i get it? could u please tell me? thks so much.

Welcome to mylot, gracelee. The stars only appear after you reach your 100th post. The higher the number in the star means ppl have been rating your discussions/responses as postive and your response is marked as the best one.

You have to have responded to 100 discussions before you can get your star. Good luck with yours!

I have noticed that too. I think it may have something to do with people marking your post with a positive or maybe marking as the best response.
