I have something very great tasking in the house. This jelly I got as a gift and it is just delicious. It it apple and elderberry blossom jelly. Elderberries bloom in spring and apples ripen in fall. I do not know how this jelly was made, if the elderberry blossoms were frozen till fall, I just know it is much better than the apple jelly I usually make.

Sorry I took so long to reply, had a bit of problem but finally got it straight. I make a very good bread and butter (mustard pickle). Would you care to share recipes on jams, jellies or any thing?
