First of all you need to let us know which country are you from. If you live in U.S. you can directly transfer your fund to your bank account easily and for that also you need to verify your account with adding credit card. If you live outside U.S., you need to wait till your account balance reaches $150 and then only you can request them to send them a check to your address.
