I have inherited a not so great trait from my mother...I've got the worrywarts. It's a terrible disease that eats at the brain and heart and causes bouts of stress and anxiety. I am trying desperately to find a cure for this.
Do you suffer from this as well, and how do you deal?

Unfortunately, I do. It's sad, really, it takes over my life. Sometimes, I worry about silly stuff, even. It seems that I wake up worrying, and go to bed worrying. I've been this way, all my life, so I'll probably never change. I obviously don't get much sleep.
