I'm reading now "Katheleen McGowan, o segredo do anel". I am enjoying a lot this book. I can't stop reading.

I don't know that I've read that particular one, but I love Nuala O'Faolain (with most all Irish writers). She also wrote one called Are You Somebody, that was what introduced me to her. I'll have to look for the one you mentioned. Thanks, I'm always looking for something to read!

Yes, I read it, several years ago. I barely remember the plot now. I do remember that I enjoyed it quite a bit. I'll have to check my bookcase and see if I still have it. Time to reread!
