I am taking Xenical(prescription fat blocker) to lose weight. But I still need some good tasting chocolate.I know low fat/low calorie chocolate will probably taste not as good, but I still need something.LOL.I am in the porcess of a lifestyle(eating) chaneg, not a 'diet'.
Anyone know of any good chocolate like this?

I've read that xenical is not that good for organs particularly to your urethra,as the "leaking" can cause UTI...I've tried xenical before, but I have to stop because of that.
Since xenical is a fat blocker, it would be good if you eat low fat chocolates. I love dark chocolates though so I don't know of any low fat chocolates. It think there are lots of those in health stores. And I'm sure they will be able to help you figure out what the best chocolate for you given your prescription meds.

Actually the problem is not the chocolate but what kind you eat and how much. A small bite (really small bite) or two everyday can keep the cravings away. Since you get to eat them on a regular basis you really won't feel deprived even if in reality you only eat very little of it. Lastly, I suggest instead of choosing lowfat or low calorie chocolate look for the more expensive brands that have higher cocoa butter content. Just check the labels. Cheaper brands usually substitute cocoa butter with other types of oil because cocoa butter is really expensive. So the higher the quality, the higher the cocoa butter content. They usually lower sugar and cream content too because they do not need to mask the lack of chocolate taste in it. and since it's more expensive I doubt if you would actually over eat it. :-)
