So what are you doing now to lose weight? Losing weight is done best through a combination of good nutrition and a solid exercise program. We lose fat when we burn more calories in a day than we take in. However, it's also important to eat enough calories to fuel the body and give it what it needs. So reducing calories, but not by too much.
Exercise is important too. Exercise sessions need not take hours. Quality of exercise is more important than quantity. It's best to do a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. Let me know if I can help more.

Putting on eight kilogram is not diffierent,but as to losing eight kg,it's really a tough job.
Just like you ,I always make up my mind to lose weight to make myself look prettier,but I always eat my words.But I think we can success one day if we work as hard as we can.

Do loads of qi gong my friend, because man do you seat buckwets lol. When I do qi gong I really sweat and so I never get big. I always keep a good figure. I also drink Emperor's digest tea and liver cleasnsing tea which helps detox my body. You have so much healthy stuff in China, you are lucky. Lay off the fried foods for a bit, eat more dumpling lol..

thanks,what do you mean by saying lol? And I know qigong is hard to exercise.
