doing the same thing

i am a nursing student now.It is my second course and though i'm busy with my work i manage to go to school. I'm almost done this october.It was my first choice but i was influenced by my father to take up Education but when i have my own money i took up nursing. If you were on my shoe, would you follow my father's decision?

if i were in your shoe, i think i'd also do what you did. i would follow what he wishes me to take up. when he told me to take up Computer engineering instead of electrical engineering, i just did what he suggested. and i'm even thankful to him because i realized that i enjoy taking up this course and eventually, the profession.
