Do you wake up during the middle of the night?

I also wake up in the middle of the night...after I wakup, it either i just go to pee or if i could sleep still, i open my pc and check my trades again..post new responses at mylot until i feel so sleepy again and when i dom i go to sleep...that cycle should be at at least 3 hrs...and i wake up around 7am open my pc again...do some coffee go outside to buy breakfast...and go back to my pc and post new responses at mylot then check my trades...when the night falls, i sleep again...wake up in the middle of the night...blah blah

Yeahp!! I do wake up in the middle of the night. I wake up whenever I had a bad stomache or I needed to pee. I also wake up to adjust the e-fan because it's hot from where I'm sleeping... AND there are also times I just suddenly wake up and I don't know why... Kinda weird but it does happen to me...

Waking up to go to the bathroom is normal but it can be avoided. Make sure you pee just before you go to bed so you can have an uninterupted sleep.
