yha I always do, almost of the time... I think being here to a place with no friends, no parents or sisters and brother beside you, this is annoying but you cant do anything about that caused of some people you want to be with for the rest of your life but then it seems their not worth for all the things and giving you up for them, its really annoying! Only thing you could do is to cry, just to cry, cry cry and cry till i get tired of crying and get sleep....I cry for the marrages life i have now!

I think you are in deep depression now may be because of your lonliness or your marrages life. But remember, you are not alone, many people are also likely to have the same feeling as you at the same time like me now. We will get it over sooner or later. And I think time is the best treatment, we should be positive and patient.

I think you may feel insecure in a foreign boundary without previous protection or security from your parents and hometown. Try to make new friends in your new home, I believe good men, good friends and good relationship do exist without any boundary. Try to tell them your troubles and worries which can loose your burden. And try to find something or some goals in your new life and fling yourself into these, which may help you forget your loneliness and troubles. Hope these tips can really help you!

I have cried, many times. Especially when I was a baby. Crying was like talking to me. If I am hungry or I need a diaper change. Now that I am grown-up I still cry. Whenever I am very sad and if I am frustrated. There are certain things that I can't do but I really wanted to do. Those things makes me cry.

No problem. Can I share something to you? I know you're a complete stranger but I just want this out of my chest. I am really upset right now. My mom and dad have a fight because of my brother. Besides that there are certain things that puts me into stress. I don't want to go into details I just wanted someone or something to get rid of this feeling.

unfortunately I have been crying a lot lastly. Last week we had to put my dog down becuase she was very ill and dying. It was unexpected and happened very fast...she was also a pretty young dog which made it even more heart breaking.
This was also especially hard for my mom becuase the dog was her main companion. So, my mom has been very upset and that makes me upset too. I know that crying is good as it lets the emotions out, but it is also very exhausting. It takes up so much energy so this whole thing has been very draining for me.

It's true. I was so tired I just became numb about the whole thing...no energy to even be sad. Well I'm still sad, but no energy to cry anymore.

Hope you and your mom can soon get it over about the poor dog. And don't you think it is the exhausts following by cry that gives you no energy to think of the sadness?

Yes of course I have cried. But I don't cry very often. The last time I cried was over my breakup with my ex-boyfriend. I really loved him and to bear the thought that he didn't love me anymore really hurt my heart. But I gave myself only 3 days of crying and mourning just to completely let out my negative emotions, after those 3 days, I told myself I wouldn't shed a tear over him and I would start a complete new life without him. It took me a year to fully recover and won't hurt thinking about him. I believe that crying cleans one soul, I actually felt a lot better every time after I cry.

It's not good not to let the emotions out and I wouldn't want to be imbalance emotionally. I think it's good to let all the bad things out first. Then you will feel a sense of calm afterwards. Then you can have that "energy" to think about what to do!

Thank you for your reply. I agree with your approach: Give yourself some time to outlet your depression by crying and then never dwell on it any more and be relax after crying.

Is Extreme Makeover a moving movie? I think it is the persistence of them that makes you cry, isn't it?

everyone does cry even guys cries too.. most of the time i cry because of the pressure that my parents gave to me. i cant understand them. i cry because of the unspoken feelings i have here deep inside my heart, and sometimes i cry because of the pain that i still feel, no matter how i try to forget it, no matter how i try to ignore it and no matter how i try to deny that im still hurting the pain remain.
