Windows vista really sucks ...i got the cd from my friend and i installed in my system ... I got intel pentium d processor 3.4ghz with 2*2mb l2 cache ... 1gb DDR2 ram amd nVidia GEForce 7300GT video card with 200Gb SATA2 hard disc ... When i started the first time i started to feel the difference ...Its extremely slow .. The sarting memory itself is some 500mb ... I nevr believed ... The computer starts to respond slow and my hard disc temperature and processor temperature seems to rise ... My computer will fly in xp ..but is started to lay down in vista ... The graphics are extremely good ..but i cant sacrifice my computer for that ..so i uninstalled it and back to xp ... its back to form my .. i dont think abt games in vista ..its not even good enuogh to process opera itself

It seems as though we have been writing about Windows Vista in the future tense forever. Nobody will deny that Microsoft has taken an unusually long time to build its latest OS and that some features had to be cut along the way. Whatever you make of the new OS as a whole, it's a very important step for gamers, ideologically. This is the operating system where Microsoft has put "Games" right there at the top level of the Start menu. This is the one with the Games Explorer to make it easy to find, launch, and update your games. Parental controls are built right in. DirectX 10 is Vista exclusive, and while there are no real DX10 games right now, they're going to be a big deal by this time next year.
