How does the autosurf work?

I'm almost ashamed of asking this question, but I really have no idea of what this is and how it works. I'm member of lots of programs PTS/PTR which also have autosurf...but I'm clueless.. Anyone can help me? Thanks!!

That's not a dumb question, you shouldn't feel ashamed. I have some idea of how it worked but I don't know the full details of it all. Nor do I have the time to research it. You posting your question not only helps you but helps others. Besides, it doesn't hurt to ask a simple question right? Best of luck to you.
