I do...n't. lol
Depending on how fine and how important. If it is just some standard thing, I normally skim through. Otherwise I will read seriously and TRY to understand. :P

Hi there, I think it always pays to read the fine print before signing any document, unless you want to expect the unexpected, like added unwanted costs, and more... I always read the fine print and then I decide wether or not to to go ahead and sign... So read the small print...

Just about the same, small print fine print, junt make sure youread it. Like my cell phone. I didn't kniw I had signed a 2 yr. contract, and wish I hadn't if I break contract I end up paying, 175.00 which is too much. so after this month, no more two year contracks.

Yes! In my case I felt the salesperson should have told me about one item that was in the fine print because it was a major issue in whether or not I would have completed the deal. To make a long story short, it damaged my credit and it will take a few more years before my credit is fixed. Live and learn.

Now that is a bad habit for real. start reading your contract. spending a little time reading, will prevent a lot of unwanted bills.

Yes I always read the fine print. But I do have to say I can't remember if I have ever gotten skrewed because of not reading it close enough. I am not a very trusting person when it comes to things like this. I always feel like things are just too good to be true. I know there have been times that had I not read the fine print I would have ended up skrewed. So for those times I am glad I read the fine print.

I always read the fine print, or scan over it. You never know what people are trying to sneak into contracts. The senators and congressmen do the same things when they write bills, too - and the things they sneak in have nothing to do with the bill itself.
What happened to you when you didn't read the fine print?
