I wonder if while I am alive there will ever be peace. The was on Terror seems to be ongoing with no end in site. Its awful to have to live life wondering if our children will grow up in a safe and respectible world. What do you think? Is Peace on its way?

If we remain satisfied only to watch peace whole over the world but not to work by ourself then it will seems dreams forver.
I think if I try to complete my responsibilities rightly then it is possible with our own eyes to observe peace whole over the world.

No, there will never be world peace in my life time, nor in the life time in any of my ancestors. Not as long as bigotry, ignorance, and arrogance is spreading throughout the human beings.
Even in the past, temporarial periods of peace were just after huge wars. Unfortunately, that's how politics works. It relly sux, but we can't do anything about it. The only peace I'm searching for right now, is the peace of mind. It's better to stop thinking about this crazy world.
As for the war of terror, I'm really afraid that it became a terror itself. Thank's to it, now terrorists are much stronger, and yet, there are some in your country still calling for another war! None of them wants peace, and no one of them cares about the life of your children.

In God's own due time which the evidence around us show it's soon, He the God of the heavens will restore obedient man kind back to peace, like the one our first parents had in the garden of eden. Daniel 2:44 says so. 1 Tim 3:1-5 Signs of the last days.

I wonder about that too. I know there were things going on in the world when I was growing up but it seems like there is so much more now. I don't think I will live to see peace. It's an unhappy thought but at the same time it's also a reality in this day and age I think. I wonder what kind of world my children will grow up in. Of course you never know...things could change. I hope for that.:)
