How to deal with pressure?

Most people feel pressure from various angless:the family,the jobs,and so on.
It is no surprise that people handle pressure in many different ways.under family pressure,someones have to work harder and harder and try their best to earn more money to support their families.
As far as I am concerned,pressure can serve as a stimulant for improvement and development.Whenever confronted by pressure.I will try my best to deal with it,tough it out and reap my rewards in the future.After all,I am master of myself.

There is limit to it. God has given us mind,a suitable body,and some abstract qualities like courage, character,career etc. All these qualities which we possess are totally under our control except the destiny , so we must try to take due advantage of these things and do not over load them. We see when we overload a bridge, it breaks in pieces, same is the case of human body, pressure is good up to a limit, beyond it ,is bad for whole mechanism of the body

I am frequently into pressure or nervous ,and every time i encount i just have a deep breath and smile ,tell myself that i can finish it and solve all the problems ,ingore other`s opinion,just go on with my own style ,that is enough.Wish u have a good day,tracy.

I will play hardcore games such as counterstrike, halflife, Warcraft or any 3D war games to relief myself from stress.

he hehe, pressure you mean makes you improve and develop as well. it can also put you on your needs for some ignored responsilities. so the saying goes that "one is in a position to pray when the world pushes you to your needs". so when one is under pressure you adjust yourself to find a way out nontheless it can make one corrupt especially those in high positions. the demands maybe so high that you can't do otherwise than corrupt.
it has its pros and cons.

Well when i feel stressed out , i tend to go to my Playstation 2 console and play winnings eleven 9 , the more i score the happy i am yea .... so i think that cools my temperature down instanly yea

Pressure exist in many situation that we encounter in our daily lives.And what kind of family we belong.Like me, i belong to a very conservative family.I got pressures on doing what they and want what they think is right for me which is not asking me if that really what i want.
Sometimes,i do things which is not suitable to our culture because i feel uncomfortable and dont have freedom at all..I know i hurt them,in any means.

before i used to cry on myself and curse god, for having me go through such a situation, it has happened to me many times, nowadays though pressure is very much there, i dont feel it much, i think that there are 100 other people in this world in a tougher situation than me. now i thank god that he gave it early in my life, and it has made me mentally tougher . to get yourself out of a situation, i believe that you must have faced a similar thing before

Hi there the only presures im having is the kids they all expect too must of me lol i have 5 children. and all of them expect attention at the same time god its hard work being a mum.

well when pressured i usually take a deep breathe and think of the good things.. you can also prevent pressures when you plan things ahead. try organizing things.. above all dont forget to pray.. God is always willing to help. Prayers and deep breathe can always calms us down.

when dealing with pressures, sometimes we push ourselves to the limits but it is important that we also know our limitations. it is also important that we seek the help of our family and friends because they could give us good advice. most importantly, pray for God's guidance...

how i deal with pressure? well i get pressure off by putting my mind off. running helps from what iv heard, but for me, i listen to music, buy things i want, and talk to with someone about my problems so that some stress could get out. i think talking with someone else about your problem is the best thing to do though, cause they can help you get your mind out of it easily, and sometimes they have experienced that experience and share what they did to over come those thigns.

i might be still in depression if i stay in my home town without a job. my ex mother in law will always talking bad about me, and she is my neighbor.But i kind of miss my family a lot lately, my mom soup and my father smile,..i feel very lonely here in Bali.

First of all handling pressure is very important.....Pressure sometimes brings down a persons performs and in some people they excel under pressure some it all depends on aparticular individual how you handle pressure..

I think today everybody has his/her own pressure. The pressure usually comes from love, family, health, career, money... I think doing some sports will somewhat set free the pressure. It's not good to be under pressure all the time. You have to think out how to release yourself.

Every human being has some sort of stress. It can be personal or work related. He or she should learn to deal with it. Having a positive attitude to everything really helps. When I am in stress, I make myself think that this is a phase and that is going to pass. After that I won't be stressed because of the same reason. After some time, i.e when I feel that i am not stressed anymore, I can think properly and take wise decision. This has helped me a lot. Different people have different attitude towards stress and the way they deal it.
