Do you bite your nails?

I still have the bad habit of biting my nails until now especially when I am under pressure. Do you also bite your nails for the same reason?

No. only when they snag and break. Theni bite them. They grow pretty long, and I just forget about them. There is nail polish you can buy and put on your nails to help them grow stronger and healthier that has such a bad taste it will kepp you from putting them in your mouth. Iam not sure waht it is called though.
