Hi everyone just wanted to let you know about this new recipe I found and it is a great recipe. Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into chunks. 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup of oil for frying 8 ounces swiss cheese cubed 8 ounces cubed ham 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg and 1/2 cup milk together untill well combined. Stir in the chicken chunks, then drain, and coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in large skillet to 375 degrees. Fry breaded chicken chunks in hot oil untill golden brown on all sides, then remove, and drain on paper towels. place chicken chunks in a glass baking dish, along with the swiss cheese and ham. Stir together the soup with 1 cup milk, pour over casserole. Bake in preheated oven untill golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes. I tried this recipe the other night and the entire family loved it.

Thank you so much for this. A friend of mine loves chicken cordon bleu but makes it in individual servings. It'll be nice to surprise her with this new way of making it. LIVE IN PEACE
