I Would rather prefer to go with YOGA. Yoga as many people yet dont know has stuning capabilites of improving human health and relax stress. I feel it can prove more effective than gym or walk. For example , there is a asana claaed ' Shavasana ' , Duration to do this is usually 10 - 15 mins , but I provides you an equivalent strenght if you had slept for 3 hours. As you know , these classes are therefore on the hike. I has the capability to cure many diseases and hepls in prevents many other diseases from peeing in !!!

I prefer to some basic stretches for keeping all my limbs nimble and tone my muscles like for back, hips, spine, shoulder.. I also like to go for walks and do jogging in a nearby park. I also like to do aerobics for about 30 minutes though i have not been regularly doing it for sometime. I know for yoga asanas or postures that i like to do. It seems good workout for me. Besides helping out with domestic choers or playing sports like tennis and generally keeping myself active during the day. Cheers:)

I would like to hike, but that is out of the question for me at this time as I have Rheumatoid arthritis. So I’ll settle for a nice stroll through a park or the mall when it is too hot to walk in the park. I take 2 walks a day right now they are rather short so I do one in the morning before it gets too hot and one in the evening after it cools off. This morning it was so quietThat I could hear the doves cooing in the distance. The birds were all out singing.

These days I'm working out in the gym daily. However I like to jog and walk on the ground sometimes in the mornings. In an ideal lifestyle. I would have little bit of all the four activities you've mentioned, because all of them provide benefit to the body and the nature of benefit is different for each type.

I would prefer Yoga and am very keen on learning it because I believe it helps to tone the body completely and is good for the mind as well. But for now,I would be glad if I got time to atleast enrol in a gym!My 3 yr old keeps me on my toes sufficiently:)

when I was going to the gym they offered several different kind of classes to choose from. I liked yoga. It was very relaxing, but I also did weights and I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes as well.

I perfer to swim. I have dizzy spells and have trouble walking at times. I can swim or walk in the pool better than walk on land so I perfer in the pool. People get upset at me when they hear I get dizzy and I swim. I tell them I am safer in the pool then on land. If I fall while walking in my pool where am I going to fall and how far am I going to fall? I can swim. If I fall on the gound I can hurt myself and maybe break a bone. I also do laps around the pool if I fall into the pool I can swim as long as I do not hit my head while going into my pool. I guess that is the chance I have to take.
I walk with a cane everyday and on bad days I use a walker. When I am having a bad day I can get into the water and it helps hold me up and I can get exercise.

I'm 73, haven't had a medical checkup for 30 years, and seldom get sick,I still work every day, and I do Yoga for 45 minutes as soon as I get up every morning.I love to walk and I've studied nutrition for 40 yrs. I Love to cook. I always Read the labels when shopping. In the winter I workout in a weight room every other day. I Don't believe in Jogging because I wasn't born with 4 legs.
Yoga will change your Life!

I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.
I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers
