Do you ever find it difficult to come up with discussion topics?

I notice that I tend to go through waves. I'll spend days without making a new discussion, then I'll take one day and make a burst of 5-10 discussions all at once. It's probably not the best strategy, but it works well enough for my schedule, I suppose. I'm not sure...some days I just can't think of a new topic to make, while other days I'm full of ideas. What about you? Do you ever find it difficult to come up with topics? What do you to inspire yourself?
