What do you think about Vietnam?

I dont have much knowledge about vietnam but i have been to thailand several time and they have developed allot but now it seems there downfall because political unrest in the country so the foreign investers are looking at neighboring vietnam to invest and start the industry ...... because labor is cheap infrastructur can be built easily and there is no political disturbance due to communism ...........
