Stay awake all day round

Most healthy people are able to stay awake all day long to do their work and come home and do things around the house or socially. There's nothing wrong with a nap if you have the time, but it's certainly not bad for your body to be awake all day. I get up at 5 am and don't go to bed until 10-11pm on work nights, and I'm perfectly healthy. I do get a bit more sleep on the weekends, but I'm not accustomed to taking naps, as I'm sure a lot of people aren't.
