a fake smile comes only through someone's teeth..while a real smile see the eyes also smiling

My eyesight isn't good enough to pick up on any kind of body language, but I can tell what is on someone's mind just by the sound of their voice. I can tell whether or not their smile is fake, just by listening to what they are saying.
