Sometimes when I'm writing my article, there is coming idea abruptly which has nothing to do with the running subject. It's so interesting that I think it would be my next subject. It so happens that ideas are coming after the other. Sometimes they look much more attractive and so make me distracted from my focus.
How do you handle it?

Keep a notebook with you or any kind of spare paper. When they come to you, take a few minutes and write down key words about your ideas and what your feelings are behind it. Then tuck it away and go back to focus. You cant keep all ideas since weve got pesky things called deadlines but this will give you a quick reference to remember what you thoguht of and can spark for your next article

When I'm writing one article, and start getting ideas for other articles, I will usually just open another document to start listing ideas. If something goes beyond just a simple idea, I'll open yet another document and start writing an outline or an actual article.
It's probably better to just note your ideas and maybe make an outline, but try to stay focused on the article you started with. The other topics and ideas can be used later, or can be a place to go if you get really stuck on your current article.
