Do you loud neighbors?

I've lived in apartment building for years and I've always seem to have loud neighbors.I've called the cops a couple of time because it would be like one in the morning or later.I know it great party but there are people who have to work early in the morning.

how poor we are! i have the same problems with you.my neighbors are energetic,some of them get up really early in the morning,about 5:30 also,then they get to work,make big noise. and some of them are night owl,they watch tv loadly and laugh.....then in the midnight,i am waked up by baby crying thousands of times from dream.

I am very lucky with my neighbours, they are quiet, the only trouble I have is sometimes barking dogs but that is only at times, so I guess I am very lucky because I know how annoying it can be.
