the laguage used by PB is weird?

My foreign teacher said he can't not expalin a lot idiom which used in PB,and he said it's a weird language,he is from Canada,anyone can elucidate wheather it's weird or not,and why,thanks

Thanks,maybe he is old guy,not familiar with the modern english,by the way,you can understand PB without script?

Yup, I agree with you too pal, it ain't that weird at all. It's normal and you can see alot of the slang used in the series in other series as well.
