New Job or Start Your Small Business? Which is a Better Career Move?

I want to move on with my life and career and but i cannot make up my mind wether to take chance with other job offers or start my own small business, Please help I need advice to decide.

If one is young, one should go for a better career which has tremendous scope for improvement and increment in salaries. After some 10 to 15 years in job, one will have a rich experience and one can do business and be a boss on his own. I am doing a small business and boss of my own enterprises.
