An Amazing Story!!!

A girl went to a party she ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a relatively small town and she lived only a few blocks away. As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely. The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 99% of teenagers will not stand up for God? I don't know whether or not this story that I found is true, but it was certainly a blessing to me. God is so good.

Wow, this is a very touching story. Is this real? If it it, that is amazing! She is very lucky she didn't get raped herself.

I am not sure whether or not the story is real, but I believe in my heart that it is. God does the most amazing things for his children. I always wonder how God will work something out and he always comes up with something that I could have never imagined. The thing that makes this story real to me is that God wanted this little girl to know that he was there for her. He did this all for her, so that she would glorify him. No one but her knew that the two men that were with her had to be sent by God, after she prayed. That is why I don't worry about convincing nobody about what God does in my life. When God truly blesses you, you know that it is him, because the way that it transpires, you know that he is the only one that could have made it happen. I love the Lord with all my heart. He is just so good.

It's a very good story...I don't think that we are ever alone. Yes, I do believe in guardian angels and that we all have one...or two as in this story. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This story was so reassuring to me. I had to share it. God is there and he really cares for us. We can't even imagine how many times God has protected us from evil. People always say things like "Never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly." Most people don't really take this seriously, but we as Christians, have angels constantly on assignment to watch over us. I know that there have been times when the devil has been allowed by God to get through and do certain things, just like what happened with Job. People think that God is not in control at these times, but he is very much in control at these times. Some times God allows these things to happen to get our attention or to ready us for a blessing. We are going to have trials and tribulations, but we must remember that what the devil means for evil, God will turn to good, so that God may be glorified.
