What makes you awake at night?

I am wondering for those people who considered night as day and vice versa. In your point of view, what makes you alert at night?

i am easy to be awaked because the sudden voice,i will be sared.And sometimes i also will be awake because of the nightmare,it is so terrible.and i can't get sleep again.

yeah...nightmare keeps us awake and it depends on what kind of nightmare that would be...
