Who Is The Most Evil Person of All Time?

To be quite honest I don't think I can say that there is such a person. True there are many people that are precieved as being evil, but by who's definition do we really base this judgement. Not everyone sees evil the same. I can't rightly say that this person or that person is the most evil person ever. Yes they have done evil and bad things, some unforgivable but does that qulify them to be the most evil person? So I will say this, I don't think this world has a great evil person in it, I do however think it has many people with the capasity for evil and who have commited great acts of evil at one time.

In my opinion it is a tie - Hitler and Saddam Hussein. Hitler had a thing about Jews - Saddam had a thing about his own countrymen that dared oi disagree with him but they were both responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands.

There are many that fit this profile.. too many to actually name on here lol. If I had to pick just one, the first one that comes to mind is Charles Manson. Not only because of his action do I think he is evil, he actually looks evil. He has a crazed look in his eyes that even after being locked away for 30 some years has not changed one bit, or perhaps has gotten worse if that is possible. But I have met many non-famous people that I would consider evil also. These are people that make it their goal in life to destroy as many lives as they possibly can without physcially laying a hand on the person. These are the type of people that scare me more than a serial killer.

The first person that jumped into my head, based on the title, was Hitler. I see you have included him in your list. Any of his buddies, too, Gooering and gang. I think Manson is the distillation of pure evil, as well, if I need to come up with somebody who is still living.
