do you comment to the replies on the discussion which you start?

Yes I do comment on the responses in the discussions I start. Not everyone of them because I do "comment" when I have something to talk to that person. I think it's a good way to facilitate the communication and besides, I think it's a way to appreciate others' effort in writing to me. I would be happy to see comments on my responses too and I hope people would feel the same if they come back and see I write something there for them. I just think it's a way to get to know the people better too!

yes I usually do, but not to every reply.. as I think that would tend to be tedious rather than interesting.. I have lots of friends and don't always come across all of them, but am always trying to get to all friends, by going to my list. :)

I always do! I think most people prefer it and it is after all a discussion forum. It isn't very nice when you take the time and trouble to read and respond to a post and NEVER hear anything from the poster! xxx

Hi alphine_007!! Yes i do if i have time..Else just read and go away if nothing is needed..Thats a good thing to comment for their responses..This will encourage the responder to respond to all of your disscusssion..

well i try to reply to each comment i recieve on my discussion, i even rate them + or - depending on the quality of the comment. Its feel good when people respond to your discussions! i always feel good when somebody replies to my discussion..

I do make it a point to comment on the replies received in response to my discussions and I love to post counter-comments and sub-comments. When I see comments on my reply...I feel elated and satisfied that atleast host went through my thoughts and replies and I thank him/her also.

I certainly comment on the responses received for my discussions. This is like acknowledging their response and I feel comfortable by that. Even though mylot says we need not thank them, still they have responded to our question, out of so many. So just a good gesture. It is, however, left to individual's likes and dislikes whether to comment or not.

I try to respond to the replies on my discussions. I didn't realize the importance of this when I started at this site, but I actually want to hear what people have to say on my topics and I love the interaction and the replies. I seldom respond to a discussion where I know the person posting the discussion doesn't care about your opinion or the time you spent answering his post. I think it is common courtesy and makes the site more interesting. Just my opinion though, maybe I am in the abnormal minority.

actually, I don't give a lot comment to people who reponse my post. I know it is a bad habit ,but my internet speed is really so slow, so I only read them and pick the best one. I only give some comments to people give me a good response to my post and help me.

ya i comment but that to for a choosy response, the response which i feel is best suited but i always rate + for everyone whether or not their response suit

I always comment every single response to my discussions and I always rate them +. I think that they deserve that for taking the time to answer me :-) Rated +.

I saw here a lot of maturity and discussions are not so rude in nature and people though mention their view point , and does not like to impose on others, however, certain participants try to give a passing remark to add their tally.

yaa i do reply back....its just to show dat the pepuls opinions really do matter me... their view is helpful for me... or if theirs ny conflict in thought will like to also ask d reason y sum one thinks like dat.. nywayz wat i think is its a way of showing respect to one thought n idea... who has taken sum pain n given thier tym to ur discussion

I try to go back and answer the responses to my discussions. I don't always answer every single one - sometimes I have nothing to say in response to what the person said.

Yes, most definantly, every single reply get an individual response from me...I would feel totally rude if I didnt do that when people take the time to respond to my discussion..I think it shows a bit of respect.

I do try to comment on replies to my discussions. I may not get a chance to reply to each individual response, but I will reply to many. I think it's nice to reply to comments, it shows the members that you are reading what they are posting.

yes,I usually try my best to make comment to each response.but sometimes,there are so many responses and I am very busy then,I will choose some to comment,but when I have enough time,I will return to comment to those responses,I think it is a respect to those friends.
